An act to oblige the regimental agents of the troops of this state to deposit in the treasury the certificates remaining in their hands, and for making compensation for their services ... [Burlington or Perth Amboy, NJ], 6-7 March 1786.

Pursuant to the Congressional resolution of 3 Nov. 1783, this act provides that agents delivering outstanding certificates to the State be reimbursed $350 each, which sum to be charged against the Federal treasury.
